Intra2net Lifecycle
The Intra2net lifecycle policy applies to hardware and software products that are continuously
supported. We thus offer a plannable framework for the deployment of their IT investments
and support over the entire lifetime of the products. The following criteria must be
be fulfilled:
- the customer has an Intra2net license with subscription rights for software maintenance
- a current Intra2net software version is installed on the customer system
- the end of Intra2net support has not yet been reached
Enclosed you will find more information about the support and maintenance schedules:
- Intra2net hardware is certified for 10 years from delivery
- HPE server systems certified for 10 years from launch
- Third-party software supported for up to 2 years after manufacturer support ends
